WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not followed. If a card is declined, an invoice will be sent for online payment.

48-Hour Notice Required
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): 50% of the scheduled service

  • No-Shows: 100% of the scheduled service

  • Pre-Paid Packages: Missed appointments without notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service

Appointment Reminders
Courtesy reminders are sent by text and/or email. Please ensure your contact information and notification preferences are current.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call or text us. Depending on your arrival time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and cancellation fees may apply.
