Seventeen years.
Honestly, it's hard to believe.
On August 9, DERMASPACE officially celebrates 17 years in Seattle, and as I look back, I'm incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted us with their skin over the years. What started as a small skincare practice has grown into something I never could have imagined, thanks entirely to the people who continue to walk through our doors.
We've celebrated clear skin after years of breakouts, helped clients prepare for weddings, graduations, job interviews, reunions, vacations, and countless special moments. We've watched teenagers become adults, cared for multiple generations of the same families, and built friendships that extend far beyond skincare.

A Lot Has Changed Since 2009
When DERMASPACE first opened in Seattle back in 2009, the skincare industry looked very different.
There were fewer treatment options, less education available online, and social media wasn't influencing every skincare decision. Over the years we've seen trends come and go, miracle ingredients appear overnight, and treatments become wildly popular before disappearing just as quickly.
One thing hasn't changed.
Healthy skin still comes from consistency, professional guidance, and treatments that are customized to the individual instead of whatever happens to be trending that week.
That's been our philosophy since day one, and it's one we don't plan on changing.
Why We Still Love What We Do
The best part of this job has never been performing facials.
It's seeing someone look in the mirror after struggling with their skin for years and finally feeling confident again.
It's helping someone understand their skin instead of fighting against it.
It's watching clients realize that healthy skin isn't about perfection. It's about creating a routine that works and sticking with it.
Those moments never get old.
